Jo’s calling upon some of her family history here to create the apple strudel from scratch!
The flaky puff pastry all homemade to a Viennese-style with English Bramley apples, raisins & topped with a cinnamon sugar!
Crème anglaise is a smoother, creamier ‘custard’ with a little hint of vanilla it makes this dessert just sublime!
