Back to the amazing Castlemead free range chicken. We use the supreme so you have a little bone left in and crispy skin. A wholegrain & Dijon cream sauce accompanies the dish with some steamed green beans & basmati rice.

- Apple Strudel, Creme Anglaise


Jo’s calling upon some of her family history here to create the apple strudel from scratch!


The flaky puff pastry all homemade to a Viennese-style with English Bramley apples, raisins & topped with a cinnamon sugar!


Crème anglaise is a smoother, creamier ‘custard’ with a little hint of vanilla it makes this dessert just sublime!


I will be eating a lot of this so be sure to get your orders in quick!
