Combined with the sweetness of the baked celeriac and finished with a mushroom tuile Veggie Paella

Roasted Isle of Wight Tomatoes and Lemon We’ve practiced with the traditional Paella this week so we’re well versed in the perfect mix.

Traditionally made without the proteins this dish uses Peppers, Onions, Garlic & Peas
