Who knew the Italians were angry? Did you know that’s how Arrabiata translates in Italy? Referring to the chilli peppers in the sauce, a favourite of our very talented Jo Jo.
Spaghetti All'Arrabbiata with Vodka, Pangrattato
It’s a chance for Jo to get her last birthday present working again! The Kitchen Aid pasta attachment!
It’s essentially a tomato sauce made with garlic, olive oil, and most importantly, chilli peppers. Now don’t fear, this is not going to result in a ‘Acme’ style head explosion. It’s just a really rich tomato sauce with a little zing. Vodka at the end wonderful flavour and fragrance behind.
Topped with Pangrattato (have you guessed it??) Italian for breadcrumbs! Sounds fancy though doesn’t it!
Nutella Stuffed Soufflé Pancakes, Mascarpone
It’s Pancake WEEK so we’re off to Japan!
Fluffiest ever Japanese soufflé pancakes with a generous helping of Nutella inside! It is even lighter than cake and tastes more like soufflé
