Surrounded by a thick layer of fat called a fat cap & triangular in shape. Because it is not an overused muscle, it remains beautifully tender and juicy, producing an amazing flavour.
There is soooo much flavour in this cut of rump. This one has been marinated overnight it treacle for a richer taste. Just perfect.
